Our water heater recently developed a leak sometime on a Friday. I discovered it Friday night, and we called R&R right away. Ryan came out on Friday night to help get the supply to the water heater turned off. The valve (which was just as old as the water heater) just turned. So we had a night of roughing it. Ryan and another worker showed up bright and early Saturday morning with a new water heater. Within two hours, we had a new water heater, a drip pan, and a functioning water supply again. My water heater broke on Friday night, just right before Memorial Holiday weekend. I knew it would be hard to get it replaced right away. Since I have three young kids and a wife with arthritis, I had to have it done. I called many companies, and R&R gave me the best quote. Unfortunately, your schedule was booked for the weekend. I was going scheduled to wait until Tuesday. The following day I emailed the owner, Ryan, about the situation. Only a couple minutes after I pressed the send button, he called me right away. He reassured me that he would get me covered even if he had to squeeze me into the schedule. He is calling an employee that was scheduled to be off this weekend to help my family. A few hours later, Ryan (the technician) show up at my door. He installed the 75 gallons Bradford-White water heater. He stayed to made sure everything was working.

Figured out my water heater was leaking this morning and R & R was at my house within a couple of hours. Cassidy was wonderful!
